We are seeking a casual Supporter Services Coordinator to join our passionate and hardworking team.

What will you be doing?
Reporting to the Supporter Services Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our supporters and donors when engaging with them through inbound and outbound phone calls. You will also be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and professional allocation of donations within IMIS, and providing a superior level of donor care support for the Foundation.

This is a casual role with varied hours however initially, the successful candidate will need to have availability for 3 days per week and be able to provide ongoing flexibility when required.
